The Amino Solution – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by The Amino Solution (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a consultation, package, or program, you (“the Client”) agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

Services are provided by Megan Urquhart, Functional Nutritionist & Rapid Results Coach (IFNCP).
Services include nutrition, lifestyle, and amino acid support for educational purposes only.
We do not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe medications, or replace advice from a qualified medical practitioner.
Clients are encouraged to maintain ongoing care with their GP and/or specialist.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client acknowledges that outcomes depend on their own commitment and application of recommendations.
The Client accepts responsibility for their own health decisions and agrees to consult their GP before making changes to prescribed medications, treatments, or medical management.
The Client understands that results are not guaranteed.

3. Payments

All sessions and packages must be paid for in advance.
Fees are clearly stated at the time of booking and are present on website.
Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will be charged at the full session fee or no 'make up' session will occur if session falls in a client package.
Packages and programs are non-refundable once commenced.
Packages must be completed within the time described of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal information is collected and stored securely in accordance with privacy legislation.
Information will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law.

6. Liability

The Client releases The Amino Solution from liability for any adverse outcomes resulting from failure to seek appropriate medical advice, or from the Client’s choices regarding the implementation of recommendations.
To the extent permitted by law, The Amino Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

By booking a service, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
